Personal Bookkeeping with Quicken Home & Business

Bookkeeping services are billed at:

Business Bookkeeping Hourly rate of $35 per hour billed in 15 minute increments

Personal Hourly Bookkeeping rate of $25 per hour billed in 15 minute increments

Monthly Retainer Packages paid in advance are available based on an agreed upon estimate of time at a discounted hourly rate.

You provide the data via secure E-mail, fax, remote access, etc. 

Pick-up and delivery of material is provided within a limited area, please contact me for details.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

~No carry over of unused package/retainer hours - these hours were reserved for you in advance

~A charge of $25 plus my bank charges for all returned checks

~Retainer packages are non-transferable

~Retainer packages are non-refundable

~Out of the ordinary supplies will be billed at my cost

~All services not on retainer require a minimum down payment

~Retainers are billed upon engagement per month with one month paid in advance

~Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client for all projects
